About the role

You will be working directly with our Chief Business Officer and our Head of Partnerships in building out all things GTM in the company. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with individuals with multiple combined decades of experience and connections in the music industry to research potential partners, assist with outreach, and help manage relationships that drive our company's growth.

You will need to be curious, highly organised, driven and outgoing, with the capacity to operate in a very fast paced and fun environment. You will also need to be demonstrably AI-native, with experience bridging the gap between business and product. You will be a core part of driving our client growth and need to thrive on developing relationships and interacting regularly with our various partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support all operational aspects of the Company's GTM activities. This will include working with DSPs, publishers, CMOs and labels globally.
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential business partners, customers, and market opportunities, as well as competitors' clients, timelines, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Assist the development of the Company’s products and relationships to ensure successful commercial onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, from pre-sales meetings to signing of client contracts to integration/execution, regular business reviews and additional potential upsell.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to business development activities and partnership performance.
  • Identify product and internal tooling gaps, with a view to provide business requirements to Product and Engineering to bridge these gaps.
  • Meet timelines, set expectations and adapt to unexpected complexities.
  • Document the Company's GTM products and processes, train clients to make the most of our products together with our Operations team.
  • Overall management of the company’s CRM and market outreach systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development or partnerships experience in the music, tech or related industry.
  • Proficiency with, and curiosity for, GTM AI tools.
  • Self-starter with a deep drive to get things done in a fast, timely and precise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Music, tech or entertainment industry experience.
