Amazon Music has tapped MusicInfra to support rights management as Amazon Music expands its offerings into music video. As part of this agreement, MusicInfra will provide comprehensive services to ensure music publishers are paid precisely.

MusicInfra’s sophisticated rights-matching capability, agile technology, and ability to handle high-volume and high-velocity operations involving complex rights scenarios will support Amazon Music as it expands its music video offering.

“MusicInfra was built to deal with the speed and scale Amazon Music needs to be able to offer something new to music lovers,” explains MusicInfra Co-founder and CEO Björn Lindvall. “We are eager to support Amazon Music as it enhances its music service and expands opportunities for rightsholders and customers.”

“MusicInfra will provide the critical features, speed, and flexibility to support Amazon Music as we expand our music video offering. We look forward to a productive relationship with MusicInfra and with publishers as we move forward,” says James Duffett-Smith, Director of Business Affairs and Global Head of Music Publishing for Amazon Music.
